I’m Vicente Conde — a global citizen, Harvard Alum, and founder of Beyond.

And like many of my clients, I’ve lived the complexity of building a life in Europe — not on paper, but in practice.

When I first moved to Spain, and later purchased property in Portugal, I faced what most international families do:

Agents who didn’t understand my context, bureaucracies I wasn’t prepared for, and a real lack of clarity on legal and tax implications. I had to figure out too much, too alone.

That’s why I created Beyond — to offer the service I wish had existed back then: discreet, high-touch, and fully aligned with the life behind the move.

From Global Business to Real Estate Advisory

Before launching Beyond, I spent years working across industries that required strategy, trust, and long-term thinking.

I studied at Harvard and led international projects in finance and technology, where I developed the one thing I now bring to every client relationship: clarity in complexity.

I don’t sell homes. I build relationships that help people feel anchored — legally, emotionally, and financially — across borders.

Real estate, for me, isn’t just about finding a property. It’s about helping people design a secure, purposeful base in one of the most vibrant regions in the world: the Iberian Peninsula.
